Both Directors of the Board have wide ranging and extensive experience in various facets of business operations and apart from approving the overall strategy and direction of the Group's businesses ,their role is to supervise the functioning of all Verticals directly as well as through various internal committees.

Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal brings in more than 20 years of executive leadership in the company. In his role, Lt. Col. Hundal plans to drive a customer-centric focus throughout the company and broaden INNOVISION’s brand globally and visibility as a leader in the Security, Facility Management, Toll Plaza Operations(NHAI) & Skills Development space.
Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal is responsible for driving INNOVISION’s revenue and leading the company’s corporate strategy and organizational growth.
He is also responsible for providing the vision and leadership for all marketing & sales-led initiatives including key functional areas like Corporate Finance, Accounts, Statutory Compliances, Operations and training.
Lt. Col. Hundal has a proven 14 years track record of leading and directing high growth & profitability in INNOVISION.
He is a member of the Governing Council and co-chairman of Legislations & Licensing committee at the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI).
Lt. Col. Hundal has been conferred with:-
• "Security Entrepreneur of the Year - 2019", a national award by the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) & Association of Private Detectives (APDI) which was presented by Mr. Gangapuram Kishan Reddy, Minister of State for Home Affairs, Government of India.
• "Young Security Entrepreneur of the Year - 2013", a national award by the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) & Association of Private Detectives (APDI) which was presented by Shivraj Patil, Former Punjab Governor.
Uday has been a strategic planner in the domain of advertising, media and public relations. He has an Economics background with a strong insight into market dynamics both domestic and international. He holds an MBA in Communications and has a vast experience in designing and implementing marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, event management and merchandising strategies. He has worked with top MNCs and been a top achiever in all his assignments.
His last assignment was with ESPN Star Sports where he utilised his marketing and media planning experience to generate unprecedented revenue and carved a valuable space in the Industry. He is also an NCC veteran with notable contributions in the areas of training, operations and manpower sourcing policies.
Ms. Navneet Kaur, Vice President, Innovision Limited, is a Professional with over 18 years of experience in Telecom, Manpower and Banking Industry, she is Honours in English from Delhi University having extensive experience in handling Human resource, customer relationship, new customer acquisition and mapping the prospects at all levels with complete focus on numbers as well as revenue.
Prior to Innovision she was with ICICI Bank where she handled various leadership profiles including Retail Banking, Business Development, Business Strategy, Cross functional Team Leadership, Branch Management and Team Management and has achieved various accolades with consistent performance.
