STAR (Standard Training Assessment & Reward) Scheme was launched to encourage skill development for youth by providing monetary rewards for successful completion of approved training programs. Overall 10 lakh youth have been benefited through this programme. We at Innovision partnered with NSDC to train 1800 Security Guards and aligned ourselves to the training, assessment and certification needs as per the mandate.

Aajeevika- National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) is an initiative launched by Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India in June 2011. ASDP gives young people from poor communities an opportunity to upgrade their skills and enter the skilled work force in growing sectors of the economy. We have partnered with MORD to contribute towards the target of skilling and placing 50 lakhs youth in the formal sector by 2017. The ASDP has now been renamed as Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gramin Kaushalya Yojna (DDY-GKY).
