Lt. Col. RANDEEP HUNDAL

Managing DIRECTOR

Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal brings in more than 20 years of executive leadership in the company. In his role, Lt. Col. Hundal plans to drive a customer-centric focus throughout the company and broaden INNOVISION’s brand globally and visibility as a leader in the Security, Facility Management, Toll Plaza Operations(NHAI) & Skills Development space.

Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal is responsible for driving INNOVISION’s revenue and leading the company’s corporate strategy and organizational growth.

He is also responsible for providing the vision and leadership for all marketing & sales-led initiatives including key functional areas like Corporate Finance, Accounts, Statutory Compliances, Operations and training.

Lt. Col. Hundal has a proven 14 years track record of leading and directing high growth & profitability in INNOVISION.

He is a member of the Governing Council and co-chairman of Legislations & Licensing committee at the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI).

Lt. Col. Hundal has been conferred with:-

• "Security Entrepreneur of the Year - 2019", a national award by the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) & Association of Private Detectives (APDI) which was presented by Mr. Gangapuram Kishan Reddy, Minister of State for Home Affairs, Government of India.

• "Young Security Entrepreneur of the Year - 2013", a national award by the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) & Association of Private Detectives (APDI) which was presented by Shivraj Patil, Former Punjab Governor.

MR. UDAY PAL SINGH

DIRECTOR

Uday has been a strategic planner in the domain of advertising, media and public relations. He has an Economics background with a strong insight into market dynamics both domestic and international. He holds an MBA in Communications and has a vast experience in designing and implementing marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, event management and merchandising strategies. He has worked with top MNCs and been a top achiever in all his assignments.

His last assignment was with ESPN Star Sports where he utilised his marketing and media planning experience to generate unprecedented revenue and carved a valuable space in the Industry. He is also an NCC veteran with notable contributions in the areas of training, operations and manpower sourcing policies.

Independent Directors

Ms. Sudha Hooda

Ms. Sudha Hooda is an accomplished legal professional with over two decades of experience as a strategic business enabler in leading progressively challenging assignments that require demonstration of integrity, courage, perseverance and creative problem solving.

She is a specialist Employment, IP, Regulatory and Corporate Commercial lawyer with varied work experience in assisting large Indian and Multinational Organizations, operating in Telecom, IT and retail sector and handling complex issues that operate on the intersection of law and policy and impact business certainty and continuity.

Ms. Sudha Hooda currently heads the legal, compliance and Secretarial functions as Executive Director (Legal) at Nvidia Graphics Private Limited a leading technology company and is also part of its India Management team, being the Executive Director at Nvidia Board. She supports the business teams in Indian Subcontinent, Thailand and Singapore for all legal issues ranging from IP, regulatory, compliance, policy, corporate, commercial and disputes.

Mr. (Capt.) Pawan Kumar

Mr. (Capt.) Pawan Kumar is a distinguished professional with over 25 years of remarkable experience, characterized by pioneering achievement in startup as well as high-growth, risk intensive environments.

Mr. Pawan Kumar, besides being a qualified Certified Protection Professional, also holds degree of MBA in Disaster Management and having an additional qualification of Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE) from ACFE.

He possesses a robust track record of success in establishing verticals from inception, spanning security planning, supply chain security, vigilance, risk policy formulation and implementation, as well as asset and employee protection, regulatory affairs, compliance and investigations. He holds the prestigious CPP (Certified Protection Professional) designation and an MBA in Disaster Management. Additionally he is a Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) from ACFE.
