We at Innovision are proud to offer the RPL program at our six state-of-the-art Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras (PMKK) across Haryana, located in Gurgaon, Faridabad, Mewat, Rewari, Mahendergarh, and Palwal. These centers provide the perfect environment to enhance your skills and secure certification.
To enroll in the RPL program, you must:
- Be of Indian nationality and meet the minimum age criteria for the relevant Qualification Pack (QP).
- Possess an Aadhaar Card (or alternate IDs like PAN or Voter ID for specific regions) and a bank account.
- Meet the pre-screening criteria for your job role
- Fast-track worker certification.

The Short Term Training (STT) component under and Skill Development program is designed to offer training to individuals who are either school/college dropouts or unemployed.
The STT is primarily targeted at school/college dropouts and unemployed youth to make them employable
The training programs are designed in various sectors that are aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). These sectors range from agriculture, construction, electronics, healthcare,to information technology and more.
The courses under STT have a duration ranging from 150 to 1,000 hours, depending on the specific skills and industry requirements. The curriculum is designed to be comprehensiveand practical, ensuring participants gain relevant skills.
After the completion of training, candidates undergo an assessment by independent third-party assessment agencies. Successful candidates receive a government- recognized certification.
Post-training support includes placement assistance, career counseling, and access to job fairs. The objective is to ensure trainees secure employment or become self-employed.
The training is provided free of cost. In some cases, a stipend is also provided.
